The Law of Rhythm is probably one of the universal laws that a lot of people do not like. This one states that everything is in a rhythm, just as the tides go in and out at shore. There are rhythms with everything; bad times are followed by good times, night is followed by day, and down swings are followed by up swings.

This is an easy law to understand, but not a favorite by most. But if you really break this down to its simplest form, you can see that if we did not have these rhythms in our lives than we wouldn’t understand our positive and upside to things. If we didn’t have bad days, we wouldn’t really know the true meaning of happy and good days as they would all be like this and taken for granted. If we didn’t know nighttime and only had daylight in our lies we, again, would not understand the true meaning of daylight and appreciate it in its entirety.

Many people take these things for granted in life, as they really don’t even understand the law of rhythm is out there in our life to help us. It is not something that is there to create obstacles, but rather to help us understand things.

The beautiful thing about working with the law for them though, is that everyone in the entire universe is held to the spot. It doesn’t matter if you are older you, male or female, or what race you are, as we are all held the exact same law on this planet.

You really have to understand that you no longer have down days in your life at any given moment once you understand the law of rhythm in your life. It is just a chance for you to get re-focused, and work towards your goal. It is not accounted for you, but rather something that gives you a little bit of breaking you know that the upswing is coming towards the positive day ahead.

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation is another law of the universe that can be sometimes confusing when not really understood. The simplest explanation of this law means that energy moves into physical form. This means that the images you hold in your mind most often materialize into physical form in your life.

Many people also get scared when working with this law, because they believe that when the hold a negative image in the mind, that this is going to manifest into physical reality. It is not something just about working image within your mind, but rather something that you also give your intention to and put feeling and emotion behind that’s going to help us manifest for this natural law to work.

This is one of the easiest laws to not understand as well, as a lot of people get frustrated when things do not happen as quickly as they wished for. The biggest piece of advice I can give to be able to understand and work with this law is to hold an image of what you want to achieve in a short amount of time, such as 90 days, and hold this image as much as you possibly can. This is something that you can do three times a day. Make sure to review this image at least once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once in the evening.

Working towards a goal with this short amount of time frame, you have to understand that things are not going to literally pop into life overnight. This is something that is going to take some time, but things are going to happen much more quickly when energies condensed in short time frame. Ninety days is actually a very short time frame for manifestation issues in your life. It is about following that pathway towards this.
