That’s strange not too many signs of wear & tear. You do not need to be a Detective to tell if someone wears their seat belt regularly.

This is really simple! If you are wearing your seatbelt like one should when operating the stairlift then its imposable to fall off/out of the chair unless of course there is a fault. Hopefully you understand what I’m getting at? I hope so If not you is going to open up a large can of worms.
