An alarm will warn drivers of these locations in future trips. A driver will not need to enter the co-ordinates manually. They are automatically recorded by the GPS device when prompted.

The device automatically registers the location, without need for manually entering co-ordinates. The device goes beyond registering locations. It also allows the drivers to store locations of all false alarms. The GPS device will ignore these locations whenever a driver enters the territory. Special types of GPS technology can download the locations of speed monitors and redlights from the internet. These locations are stored in a database called the Trinity. Locations of speed monitors in all states of the USA can be accessed. This enables drivers to get an alarm warning when approaching or traversing another state.

Advances in technology have enabled the production of trend setting radar detectors. Modern Radar devices are being updated at a furious pace. Physicists are discovering and creating new frequencies, which sharpen the sensitivity of radar devices. Frequencies with a short duration and low intensity are being employed to reduce the risk of detection. This technology is known as “stealth technology”. It is being used in many devices employed by the military and intelligence officials. Civilian use of stealth technology is also frequent.
